Michael has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry and prides himself on providing professional advice, sales, and service to regional businesses, both large and small.

As a principal advisor of both LHB Insurances Services Tamworth and Port Macquarie, Michael’s comprehensive experience includes underwriting, claims, insurance broking, and business development.

In 2003, Michael worked in London at Aon as an Account Manager, engaging with multinational global accounts including Toyota and General Motor Worldwide Insurance Programs. Michael then opened a GIO agency in 2008 on the North Coast, to then join the Insurance House AR network after 6 years and then moved into a permanent employee role. From 2021 Michael’s aspirations, passion for success, and commitment to people has led to business ownership once again. 2023 brings the evolvement of fruitful partnerships and further commitment to the insurance industry.

Kirby has been in the Finance and Insurance Industry for nearly 15 years. Kirby started in the Banking sector and then moved into Insurance Broking over seven years ago.​​
